Ceilidh Disco Packages For weddings and Parties

Ceilidh / Disco packages can be arranged. The package consists of a four or five piece ceilidh band with a full professional disco with DJ and lights. The normal set time is 4 hours (inclusive of a 30 minute break which we normally take during the evening buffet).

A typical order of play for a wedding or private party would be:

Bridal Dance or First Dance (either disco or ceilidh band)
Ceilidh band would then play for one or two hours until the evening buffet
Band would have a 30 minute break during the buffet and the disco would play some background music
After the break, we would consult the bride and groom or party organiser to see if the wanted more ceilidh or hand over to the disco
Disco would finish the evening

*We do not recommend handing back and forth between the ceilidh band and disco, as quite simply in our experience it kills the evening flow and atmosphere.
